Women should exercise caution when carrying handbags; bag snatching is common everywhere. Handbags and wallets should not be carried when visiting local markets.       Drivers must carry their driving licence at all times when driving. UK licences may be used for a maximum of 3 months. Roadblocks are common.       Do not walk anywhere during the hours of darkness. Caution should be used during daylight hours.
