    • Bring medical supplies to help in the event of stomach upset; mosquito repellent and seek a doctor’s advice about vaccinations to have prior to travel, including polio and TB.  
       
       
    • Be wary of taking any excursions that are not endorsed by the tour operator.  
       
       
    • Do not carry drugs; local anti-drugs forces are efficient and those caught with illegal drugs receive long prison sentences .
